"Nat" is the latest foal from our terrific broodmare, SS Shula. Born with an exotic head and plenty of attitude, we look forward to seeing this girl hit the show ring. Her name means "year of goodness" which reflects her arrival on New Year's day 2011.

Sanat Khair's sire is JA Khudos, the 2009 National Champion Intermediate colt and winner of many other show titles. A tall and charismatic young horse, JA Khudos is line bred to El Shaklan and traces in tail female line to the fabulous Crabbet "Silver" family.
He embodies the beautiful type this family of horses is known for. His sire Khouros was brought to New Zealand on lease and won the 2005 National Champion stallion title while he was here, in his usual flamboyant style. After winning more in-hand titles back home in Australia, Khouros is proving he is not just a pretty face, winning championships under saddle and competing in the dressage arena.
JA Khudos is out of the beautiful Redwood Lodge Estonia, a mare who never fails to captivate the crowd with her floating movement, classic type and gentle temperament. She has won two National championships amongst many other show wins, culminating in enough points to win her Roll of Merit twice over.
Sanat Khair DH looks like what you would expect from this mating, and we expect great things from her in the future.
